For a child under 13 to use everything on Loop

Print this page, fill it in by hand, sign it, and send it back to us — a scan or a clear phone photo is fine. When we receive it, we turn on posting, chat and video calls for your child and email you to confirm. It is an alternative to the card check on the approval page.

What Loop collects and why

Account: your child's display name, username and birthday, and your email address (so we can ask you, and so you can manage the account). We never collect a child's phone number, location or face data.
What they share: posts, photos, videos, comments and likes — always friends-only while they are under 13. Photos are stripped of location details when uploaded.
Messages and friends: chats with friends they have accepted using a private code. No strangers, no random chat. Becoming friends with an adult needs your approval too.
Calls: video goes device-to-device and is never recorded; we keep only that a call happened (who, when) for 30 days.
What we never do: sell it, show ads, send marketing to children or their parents, or use it for anything but running Loop.
Who helps us run Loop: Resend (email), Stripe (the card check, if you use it instead of this form) and DigitalOcean (hosting).
Your rights: see everything we hold, turn video calls or photo sharing off, or delete the account and everything in it, at any time, from the parent dashboard at ethanprojects.com/parent.html. Deleting the account also deletes this form.

What your child can do on Loop with your consent

Post photos and videos, and comment on and like friends' posts. Posts are seen only by friends.
Chat one-to-one and in groups with friends they have accepted.
Make video calls with friends.
Chat with Oreo, Loop's built-in chat helper (it runs on Loop's own server, not an outside AI company).
Send us ideas for Loop.
Play Loop's games, look around, and report anything unkind or unsafe — they can already do these before you sign.

You can switch off video calls or photo and video sharing at any time from the parent dashboard, without taking away the rest.
