What do you need?
- A photo or video of you, or your child, taken down — use the takedown page. You don't need an account, and the post is hidden as soon as we get the request.
- Something on Loop is unsafe right now — report it from inside the app (the flag on any post, message or profile, or the report button during a call), and block the person. Then email us. If a child is in danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first.
- I'm a parent — the parent dashboard lets you see what we store about your child, turn off video calls or photo sharing, and delete the account. Log in with the email address you approved from.
- Questions about privacy — read our Privacy Policy, or email us.
- Delete my account — Settings → Account Information in the app, or ask a parent to use the dashboard.
